MegaBazar is an online retail store based in Pakistan, offering a curated range of electronics, health, wellness, security, and lifestyle products. Throughout these terms, "MegaBazar," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MegaBazar. "You," "your," and "customer" refer to the user of this website.
2. Eligibility
To use MegaBazar and place orders, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian
Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Be a resident of Pakistan with a valid shipping address within the country
Use the website only for lawful purposes
3. Account Registration
You may browse our website without creating an account, but to place an order, you may need to provide accurate contact and shipping details. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
4. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or product batches.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
In rare cases of pricing errors, MegaBazar reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Order Placement and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order — it is not yet a binding contract.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include:
Product unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect or incomplete address
Pricing errors or technical issues
Once we confirm and dispatch your order, the contract is formed.
6. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives
JazzCash / EasyPaisa — mobile wallet payments
Debit / Credit Card — Visa, MasterCard via secure payment gateway
Bank Transfer — direct deposit (order ships after verification)
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. MegaBazar does not store your card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including Leopards, M&P, TCS, and Trax.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days within major cities; 5–7 working days for remote areas.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct address and a reachable phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur reshipping charges.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to love what you buy. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:
Eligible for return / exchange:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (for health and safety reasons)
Used or worn items
Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Products purchased on final-sale or clearance
Refund Process:
Refunds for COD orders are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Product Warranty
Some products come with a manufacturer or seller warranty. Warranty details, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product page. Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, water damage, or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Products tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties
10. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Some products sold on MegaBazar are health-related or wellness-related items (such as supports, braces, fitness gear, and personal care devices). These products are intended for general wellness use only and are not medical devices, treatments, or cures for any disease or condition.
Always consult a qualified medical professional before using any health-related product, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. MegaBazar is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from product use.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on MegaBazar — including logos, product photos, text, graphics, designs, and the MegaBazar brand name — is the property of MegaBazar or our licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. User Conduct
When using MegaBazar, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Post false, abusive, or harmful reviews or content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website's operation
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site
Impersonate any other person or entity
Misuse promotional codes, discounts, or referral programs
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, MegaBazar shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website use
Delays caused by couriers, payment gateways, or third parties
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Issues caused by misuse or improper handling of products
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MegaBazar, its team, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the website.
15. Force Majeure
MegaBazar shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery or service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, courier failures, power outages, or pandemics.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], Pakistan.
