1. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Peak Seasons: During sale seasons or peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Delivery Timeframe

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

  • Fees depend on the order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping will be automatically applied to selected products or during special promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD services are available throughout Pakistan.

  • Redelivery: If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier partner will attempt to deliver again.

  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails twice, the order will be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply for a new attempt.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • Every order is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

  • Fragile Items: We use extra protective packaging for delicate items to ensure safety.

  • Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with supporting photos.

6. Order Cancellation & Tracking

  • Tracking: A Tracking ID will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Refusal: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, the customer may be blocked from placing future orders.
